The Dickinson Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport is excited to announce that Great Lakes
Airlines has, once again, upgraded air service in Dickinson. Starting August 17th Great Lakes
will be implementing a new and improved flight schedule. The new schedule includes a daily
overnight aircraft in Dickinson. The addition of an overnight aircraft will increase the reliability
of air service while increasing the number of seats available for passengers traveling out of the
Dickinson Airport. This flight will be direct between Dickinson and Denver, with no
intermediate or subsequent destinations. Airport Authority Chairman Jon Frantsvog said “the
flight schedule changes are something we've been working on for a long time, and we're
incredibly pleased to see that the majority of the changes we've been seeking are happening with
the Aug 17 schedule changes”. The new schedule also makes changes to the 2:16pm daily
departure to Denver. These flights will now be linked with Glendive, MT Monday thru Friday
and on Saturday and Sunday these flights will be a Dickinson-Denver direct flight. Again this
will allow for greater reliability and more seats available.
The announcement of the new flight schedule is extremely positive as the airport works to reach
10,000 passenger boardings. The new flight schedule will allow the airport to have an additional
100 seats available every week! When the airport reaches 10,000 passenger boardings it will
move into another level of funding from the Federal Aviation Administration and will receive an
additional $850,000 of funding that will be used for improvements on the airfield.

Dickinson flights go exclusively to Denver, where there are over 450 daily departures to
destinations all over the world! Passengers flying Great Lakes may do so on a United or Frontier
ticket, allowing access to their fare specials and loyalty/frequent flyer programs, or passengers
may fly the Dickinson/Denver segment on Great Lakes.
